If you are staying in Beirut for more than a few days make sure you take a day and leave the noise and the traffic behind and go to the mountains, the beach or a river. Wild Discovery Lebanon

This group offers tours and vacation packages in Lebanon and other countries. Look for a vacation package or find a tour for a day trip. There is a weekly for schedule for mashaaweer to a different city or town, such as Byblos or Deir El Kamar. When you go with Wild Discovery on a day trip you pay a little more, but you can relax and let them worry about the driving.
