This is the place most students start with us. You’ll learn how to read and write the Arabic alphabet in Modern Standard Arabic and Spoken Lebanese Arabic which gives you a good foundation in Arabic no matter where your studies will take you. If you already know the MSA alphabet, we’ll oftentimes go through this book quickly to help you see the difference between how Spoken Lebanese words are written and pronounced – this helps makes your transition from MSA to the Spoken Language easier.
